The development follows the lettings of the first 13 units which were previously occupied by sportswear firm Gymshark and Lounge Underwear prior to their expansions and relocations to new bases in Solihull.

Shropshire-based contractor McPhillips has been appointed to lead construction of the buildings which is expected to take a year.

Josh Downes, group senior development manager of Warrington-based Langtree, said: “With our first phase, we created and managed a secure environment in which ambitious businesses could thrive and that’s very much our intention with our new units.”
