Signage and printing specialist Xpress Print Solutions and nursery retailer Bambinos and Beyond have signed up for a shared unit at Albion Gateway in Burton-on-Trent.

The two family-run businesses are taking on one of the three remaining units at the 10-acre logistics scheme, scaling 5,786 sq ft.

They will join major occupiers including Greggs, DHL, Pirelli and Door and Joinery Solutions on the site.

Shannon Harris, director at Bambinos and Beyond, said: “It was important for us to find a new home that could cater for our business needs while offering a high-quality and well-located warehouse space. Albion Gateway has not just provided us with these specific requirements but has also located us close to key transportation routes.”

Hannah Bryan Williams, multi-let leasing manager at St. Modwen Logistics, added: “We are looking forward to welcoming Xpress Print Solutions and Bambinos and Beyond as new occupiers at Albion Gateway.

“Their arrival will contribute to an already diverse range of businesses located at the site and is testament to St. Modwen’s continued investment in the region.”

Albion Gateway’s two remaining units – which are 2,884 sq ft and 4,308 sq ft in size – are immediately available.

Paul Rushton, director at Burton-based estate agents Rushton Hickman Limited, said: “Albion Gateway has proven to be a very popular scheme and there is strong interest in the two remaining units.

“This site is a prime location for businesses to establish themselves further and the units are suitable for a variety of trade counter, industrial and warehouse occupiers.”
