WHEN INSPIRING Vanessa recently announced she had landed her first show on a major network earlier this month, it was easy to tell that this achievement was one mountian the 13-year-old was overjoyed at conquering.
It’s a more than decent feather to have in your cap but make no mistake about it, where this young entrepreneur is concerned, there is much work to do yet.
The show’s episodes highlight the guest’s journey and experiences but also touches on relevant topics that must be spoken about
Having been fuelled by the positivity she encountered at the #BlackLivesMatter protests last weekend, her first time attending such an event, Vanessa told the Voice Newspaper that the coming years will see her realise a lot more ambitions she is aiming for.
In her Instagram post where she announced her news, Vanessa said: “As I have been in the public speaking and media industry for 4 years now, I have learnt many things, one of the most important things I’ve learnt is that if the opportunities don’t come you must create them.
“In the past, I have been misinterpreted, judged, taken advantage of and lied to because of my age. On multiple occasions people have promised me opportunities but could never deliver their promises. My mum and I are our own team, we trust each other and love each other and would do anything to support each other.
“I thank my mum for putting in her hard work and efforts into making my dream come true. I now have my own talk show and it is called @theinspiringvanessashow! It is OFFICIALLY now available to watch on AMAZON PRIME!!!
“The show’s episodes highlight the guest’s journey and experiences but also touches on relevant topics that must be spoken about. I’m super excited for this show to move forward and for you all to see it!”
