Property and construction consultancy Prosurv Consult has officially changed its name.
The Stoke-on-Trent company – which has worked on some of North Staffordshire’s most iconic schemes including Etruria Valley, Trentham Lakes and Trentham Gardens – announced that, as of July 1, it now operates as Cumming Group.
The re-brand follows the firm’s merger with American consulting giant Cumming in November 2019.
Prior to this month, Prosurv was operating as a standalone subsidiary of Cumming Europe LTD, alongside MHBC Cumming and TowerEight.
Now all three brands have been unified under the Cumming Group brand and will operate as the company’s dedicated EMEA business unit.
The newly-combined UK team will operate from five offices in Stoke-on-Trent, Manchester, Edinburgh and the head office in London.
Cumming group managing director Paul Dunning said: “We are excited to announce that, as part of our continued integration with Cumming Group, Prosurv has joined forces with TowerEight & MHBC Cumming under the unified Cumming Group brand.
“Our newly combined organisation will operate as Cumming Group, serving as the company’s business unit within the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region.
“The merging of our three brands significantly increases our collective capabilities and will allow our teams to offer unmatched value to clients across the UK, Europe and the EMEA region.
“Working closely with our colleagues we will provide project management, cost management and building surveying services in every major sector, offering greater access to expert resources whilst retaining our holistic and dedicated client focused approach. We remain a client first business, offering the highest levels of personal service.”

“We will also work closely with our Manchester office to pool our considerable resources in the Midlands and North.”

“Through organic growth and strategic M&A (mergers and acquisitions) activity Cumming Group aims to create one of the world’s leading property consultancies, providing the full range of property consulting services in every major sector.”
