Estate agency Centrick has added three new faces to its new homes team in Birmingham.
Mei Clark, who is its new investment consultant, is fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin and Malay which will be utilised to bolster Centrick’s burgeoning overseas sales.
Sally Parnell has joined as an assistant after studying business management at Nottingham Trent University and will be helping with proposals, tenders and the day-to-day running of the team.
Completing the new recruits is Lara Angell who joins as a new homes consultant from the lettings team at the agency.
Group sales and lettings director Andy Butts said: “We’re delighted to see the appointment of three new members within our new homes team.
“Despite the challenges of the pandemic, the team has gone from strength to strength in the last 18 months and this next chapter is set to be our most exciting yet.

Regeneration consultancy AspinallVerdi has appointed Hayley Miles as associate director ahead of the launch of a new office in Birmingham.
She has advised clients on major regeneration projects throughout the West Midlands, including Future High Street Fund and Towns Fund bids for Worcester City Council, Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council and Telford and Wrekin Council.
Ms Miles is a chartered surveyor and registered valuer and will work with executive director Parminder Dosanjh to support the growth of the business throughout the region.
She has 20 years of experience across both the public and private sectors working on strategic land development and regeneration.

Birmingham-based land promotion company Richborough Estates has appointed Nick Matthews as technical co-ordinator.
The civil engineering specialist has joined the company from Maplevale Developments and previously held posts at Warwickshire County Council and Staffordshire County Council.

Sara Hope will provide specialist in-house HR expertise as the company aims to build 500 homes per year across central England.
Ms Hope was previously HR manager at Creative Foods and has worked across a range of customer centric organisations in the UK and Australia. Hayfield now has more than 100 staff.
A former special constable has joined independent property agency KWB in Birmingham.
Narinder Kaur is the firm’s new property manager, after spending three years at the local office of real estate specialists Colliers International.
In her new role, she will advise clients on security-related matters for which she’s well suited given her time as a special constable with West Midlands Police.
Real estate investment firm Colmore Capital has appointed Sholom Cohen to its growing team.
Mr Cohen joins as an investment associate, bringing with him seven years of asset management and transactional experience as a former associate director at consultancy Avison Young.
