A barbershop in Birmingham is relocating to a new unit in the city centre.
Shepherds has agreed a ten-year deal on a vacant 470 sq ft unit in the Piccadilly Arcade, New Street.
The barbershop has been operating from a smaller unit in the same arcade for the past five years and is now due to relocate next month.
Jeremy Boothroyd, management surveyor with the arcade’s landlord Hortons’ Estate, said: “Shepherds is one our long-standing tenants at Piccadilly Arcade and it is great news that we’ve been able to facilitate its move to a bigger shop that will enable it to grow and evolve.
