Commercial property agency Siddall Jones, acting on behalf of landlord Pall Mall Estates, agreed a rental deal worth £47,500 per year for a ten-year lease, with a potential break clause in 2025.
It includes a break clause in case the landlord wants to redevelop the site for city centre apartments at a future date.
Siddall Jones’ associate director Ryan Lynch said: “We are delighted to have agreed a rental to Cirteq and Baker & Finnemore.
“Due to the appetite for residential development, we have safeguarded our client’s position by including provision for a rolling development break.”
