Caravan, campervan and motorhome equipment specialist Miriad has appointed Dawn Caine as financial controller.
Dawn has joined the Uttoxeter company with the responsibility of heading up the finance team and overseeing all company accounts.
Her appointment comes as the company enters a new three-year growth phase, with an ambitious plan in place to achieve 25 per cent growth by 2023.
She said: “This is an industry close to my heart, as a keen caravaner and all-round outdoors person I’m committed to support the wider business and develop a first-class finance team.
“I embrace new challenges and I’m looking forward to making the most of this opportunity and energising the team.”
Miriad CEO Penny Whitelock added: “Dawn is a great addition to the senior management team. She shares our ambition to centre future growth around people and their progression.

Meanwhile, a chartered surveyors has doubled in size after taking on two new staff.
Chartered surveyor Matt Mills and Zoe Challinor, a commercial property manager, have joined Lowe and Elliott, in Newcastle-under-Lyme, to support the firm’s growing number of clients across Staffordshire, Cheshire and Shropshire.
The new appointments mean the company can grow the commercial side of the business by setting up a commercial management section as well as offering agency services.
Director Ian Lowe said: “We are delighted to have welcomed Matt and Zoe to the team. We know their skills and experience are really going to help us grow the commercial side of the business.
“We already manage around 15 office suites for our clients and are adding to our portfolio all the time.

A trainee solicitor at Beswicks Legal has qualified into the commercial property team after completing his training contract.
Jake Vernon began his career at Beswicks in July 2018 as a paralegal in the commercial property department before being awarded a training contract.
He had previously studied law at the University of Hull before going on to complete the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Manchester.
Jake said: “My training contract with Beswicks has been an amazing experience. It has given me the opportunity to work with a number of great teams across the firm and I have literally learned something new every day.
“I thoroughly enjoyed working in both our corporate and commercial property teams as I’m passionate about supporting businesses to achieve their goals.”
Nick Phillips, Beswicks’ managing partner, added: “Many congratulations to Jake on qualifying. He has a natural flair for business and a strong understanding of the commercial world, combined with a calm and engaging manner.

And repairs and maintenance business Unitas Stoke-on-Trent has welcomed Sarah Degg as its new business development manager.
Sarah will be developing the company’s growth strategy and creating new business development opportunities across Staffordshire, the North West and the Midlands.
