Ian Holder, managing partner of its Birmingham office, said: “Our new office in the city centre reinforces our commitment to remaining part of the fabric of the vibrant Birmingham business community and underscores our confidence in the continued growth of the team for years to come.
“Our new office will be designed for modern ways of working, reflecting the needs of a dynamic and diverse team and client base.
“Both our team and our clients will find that the office reflects their needs exceptionally well and I’m very much looking forward to welcoming them through the doors.”
The Paradise redevelopment is being brought forward through a private-public joint venture with Birmingham City Council.
The private sector funding is being managed by Hermes Investment Management and Argent is the development manager.
The overall project will have up to ten new buildings including a recently announced 49-storey octagonal residential building, a hotel and office accommodation with Two Chamberlain Square due for completion by the end of 2020.
Argent’s regional director Rob Groves said: “It is fantastic to see Paradise attracting such high-calibre businesses which are committing to quality office space for their people and clients.
“Our recent announcements for Two Chamberlain Square show there is still a healthy demand for new workspaces that can accommodate different and adaptable working practices as businesses continue to respond to the changing environment.
“We are confident this building is proving its worth across the city’s business community and further announcements will follow in the very near future.”
Philippa Pickavance Real Estate acted for Mazars and Avison Young and CBRE advised Paradise on the letting.
