IN RESPONSE to the UK being placed in its second lockdown, and following the huge success of the show to date, Sky Arts has extended the series run of Sky Arts Book Club Live.

There will now be two additional episodes of the programme, hosted by Andi Oliver and Elizabeth Day, which will air on November 15 and 22 respectively, at the new time of 5pm on Sky Arts, Freeview Channel 11.

Authors Grace Dent and Kit de Waal will be joining the book club this Sunday.

You can find full details for each instalment below. As before, the show will broadcast live on Sky Arts, available to watch for free on Freeview Channel 11 and will be simulcast worldwide on @SkyTV Facebook page, throwing open the doors to the arts when people need it most.

Each week, Sky Arts Book Club Live sees Andi Oliver and Elizabeth Day invite four members of an existing book club to chat about some new releases and favourite classics, as well as welcoming the author to answer questions from the book club and viewers who can submit questions via the @SkyArts Facebook page.

Viewers also learn what’s on the bedside table of some celebrity authors, and online influencer Simon Savidge recommends some lesser known gems.

Each show also features cookery books with the book club sampling dishes from that week’s picks.

You can catch up on past episodes on the @SkyTV Facebook page.
