A new housing estate is set to be built in the Black Country after a land deal was struck.
A 6.5-acre site in Coseley with outline consent for 100 homes has been sold by Real Homes One to Countryside Properties for an undisclosed sum.
The cleared site is situated in Bourne Street and Countryside said it would be submitting a planning application for a housing scheme after considering a number of options with the site.
James Mattin, chief executive of property agency Bond Wolfe which brokered the land deal, said: “We are delighted to have finally got this deal over the line.
The Birmingham Apprenticeship Awards are back for a second year, in partnership with the Ladder for Greater Birmingham. The event will be held online only on Friday November 27, 2020 and will celebrate apprentices, employers and training and education providers.
