The Stoke-on-Trent business has continued its long-standing commitment to support new graduates and invest in people with the new appointments across its UK business.

The new starters will take on a range of roles, in departments including pharmaceutical and aerospace engineering.

More than half of the new recruits are new graduates, bringing the latest thinking on aerospace, chemical and mechanical engineering and the sciences from academia to the workplace.

Euron Roberts, Ikra Jehangir and Ksenia Hancok all join the company as product managers, while two mechanical engineer roles have been secured by Osheanne Hogan and Alex Jackson.

At the same time, the microbiology team at Lucideon will welcome pharmaceutical microbiology technician Ali Rahee along with microbiology technicians Kim Burgess and Alina Sandu.

Matt Grainger returns to the construction arm of the business in the role of technical manager, while Jane Tellwright has been appointed group financial controller and Rebecca Bucknall joins the team as business support assistant.

Further recruits are joining in the areas of construction, pharmaceutical, sales, IT and HR.

Tony Kinsella, Lucideon’s chief executive said: “Lucideon is world-renowned for its expertise in the aerospace, defence, construction, nuclear, healthcare and technical ceramics sectors, and we have ambitions to continue our growth globally.

“These are exciting times for our organisation, and we are delighted to welcome these new recruits who bring great expertise and fresh thinking to our business.”

Joining the new recruits in the UK are a further six team members to strengthen Lucideon’s operations in the US.

The USA is a key strategic growth region for Lucideon, which has laboratories and offices in North and South Carolina, and New York State.

The new recruits – which are split across the three sites – include specialists in metallurgy, healthcare and wear testing.
