We all have that one person in our family and friendship group who’s so difficult to buy for. They seem to have everything and the last thing they want is more ‘stuff’.

Our publisher Reach thinks it has the ideal solution – a subscription to their local newspaper so they can stay in touch with what’s going on in their area, enjoy daily puzzles, letters, fun, reviews and everything that makes their local paper the trusted title it is.

For £30, you’ll be able to give the gift of local news to your loved one this Christmas.

The £30 pays for your chosen newspaper for 13 weeks.

And it’s simple to buy. Just fill out some details on this form , choosing which paper you’d like to gift, and we will take care of the rest.

Your lucky recipient will then receive paper vouchers in the post which they can exchange, at selected retailers, for the newspaper you’ve chosen. They get to stay informed with all their local news and you get extra kudos for your original gift idea.

Simple!

You can buy a subscription for 13 weeks, 6 months or 12 months, and it’s all at a few clicks of a button.

To make your gift extra meaningful, you’ll also be able to generate a free, personalised digital front page for your loved one. You submit some pictures, we’ll generate a front page PDF which you can print out at home.

You can see below a list of newspapers involved, along with some FAQs to help you on your way. Merry Christmas!

FAQs:

What date will my subscription start?

Subscriptions bought before 11th December will start on 4th January.

Subscriptions bought from 11th-23rd December will start on 11th January

Subscriptions bought from 23rd December onwards will start on January 18th.

Where can I purchase the newspaper?

The paper is widely available at most major retailers in the area. If you find your newsagent does not stock the paper, please ask them if they can order it in for you. If you still experience difficulty please email [email protected] and we’ll be happy to find a retailer in your area where you can redeem the vouchers.

I’ve had a letter in the post but my vouchers haven’t arrived?

Vouchers will be sent out a minimum of four days before the subscription starts to the address provided in the ‘Who will you gift this subscription to section’.

I would rather that paper be home delivered, is there an option for that?

The only option at this stage is for paper vouchers to be taken to the retailer. We are working behind the scenes at being able to provide home delivery, as we understand that this is a valued option for some readers.

What newspaper titles are available for this promotion?

Can I use my voucher to pay for a different newspaper?
