The Birmingham office of global law firm DLA Piper has completed its move to a new base in the city at the £700 million Paradise scheme.
The 150-strong team has made the short move from Victoria Square House to the new Two Chamberlain Square building, the second to be completed at Paradise.
DLA Piper announced in 2019 that it had agreed a deal for the top two floors of the eight-storey building, taking 40,000 sq ft of office space and a terrace overlooking the Council House and Chamberlain and Victoria squares.
The new office will operate a fully flexible work space, a 30-person boardroom, a dedicated client suite with private dining options and flexible conference facilities for 100 people.

DLA Piper’s managing partner for Birmingham said: “I am delighted to have welcomed our people into Two Chamberlain Square.
“The move has also given us an opportunity to make our business as inclusive and sustainable as possible, with these issues being at the heart of our vision from the outset.
“The pandemic has complicated the move but it also challenged our assumptions and gave us the opportunity to think about what our clients and people will need from an office in future.
“The location is second to none and is a visible statement of our confidence in the region.”
